Get in touch

Have a question, found a bug, or want to suggest a new tool? Feel free to reach out — feedback from developers is what makes this site better. JSON Dev Tools is built and maintained by Pasindu Ishan, a software developer based in Sri Lanka, and every message goes directly to me rather than a support queue.

Email

The best way to reach me is by email: pasindu98ishan@gmail.com

I read every message personally and aim to reply within two to three business days. There is no contact form on this page on purpose — the site collects no personal data and stores nothing about you, so a direct email keeps that promise intact.

Reporting a bug

If you are reporting a problem with a specific tool, a few details make it much faster to reproduce and fix:

Please don't paste secrets. Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser precisely so that sensitive data never leaves your device — so when you email a bug report, redact tokens, passwords, and personal data first. If a JWT or log is involved, the Log Redactor can strip the sensitive parts before you copy anything into a message.

Suggesting a tool

If there is a developer utility you wish existed here, send a suggestion. The roadmap is driven by what developers actually reach for day to day — not guesses. Tell me the workflow you're trying to speed up, and I'll see whether a tool fits the site's privacy-first, browser-only approach.

Reporting a content correction

The error reference and guides aim to be technically accurate, but software changes and mistakes happen. If you spot something wrong — an outdated default, an incorrect code example, a broken link — please tell me which page and what's off. Corrections are treated as a priority, because a reference is only useful if it's right.

Connect elsewhere

You can also find me on LinkedIn and GitHub. For anything that needs a reply, though, email is the most reliable channel.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer paid support or custom development? The tools are free and this isn't an agency, but I'm always happy to hear about how the site is being used and what would make it more useful.

Can I use these tools at work or in a commercial project? Yes. The tools are free to use for personal and commercial work alike — see the Terms of Service for the details.

How is my data handled when I contact you? Only what you put in your email. The site itself sets no marketing cookies and runs every tool locally in your browser; see the Privacy Policy for specifics.
